Abstract

The present paper analyzes the feminist identity of Zoya and Monita as portrayed by the renowned novelist, Anuja Chauhan. The later is one of the gigantic novelists of the modern period. The novel tells us about a beautiful story of an extraordinary girl, Zoya Singh Solanki who is impressed by the big Actor, SRK [i.e. Shah Rukh Khan]. Her philosophy is the outcome of a modest and self-reflective lifestyle which in this novel is intertwined with the voice of the female that makes the audience fascinated by the discovery of an alternate way of life in sports, film industry, politics, intellectual and emotional levels
