Habitual abortion is caused by repeated abortions due to vitiated doshas leading to bleeding. Objectives: Treatment of Anti-phospholipid syndrome w.s.r. Putraghni yonivyapada (Habitual abortions) by panchakarma. Methods: The patient was pre-diagnosed with secondary infertility. The present diagnosed case of anti-phospholipid syndrome approached with the chief complaints of repeated abortions, anxious to conceive for 4 years and, taken various medications. Results: After treatment of one year patient conceived and delivered a healthy baby. Conclusion: Ayurvedic medication can do the samprapti vigatana of the anyonya avarana of vata which leads to the dushti of rakta and tridoshas. ER -
